-General Information:

The directory where you found this document is the build storage drive.
Here you'll find all builds which you need and can grab one of them.

There're two big differences between the builds:

1.The builds with the syntax <Project>(Buildnumber)_Month_Day (e.g. Game02(2815)_04_21)
Are builds which were created at night and the big change is that this build is a "clean"
build and all assets will be recompiled by the RC. This means this build has no old files
in it like a fastbuild can have.

Plus the automated shader precaching system is updating the shaders in this builds.
You can see If the shaders are updated or not by looking into the ShaderCacheBuildNumber.txt
in the root directory in each build. If the buildname in the file is same as the buildname
in the build they're lying then the shader cache is up to date.

The builds with the syntax <Project>(Buildnumber)_Month_Day_Fastbuild (e.g. Game02(2815)_04_21_Fastbuild)
Are builds which were created during the day and here everything was just "updated" to latest.

2.There're two folders for the builds. You should only get builds from the the approved builds folder for working.
Get a procedurally generated build only if it's urgent. These build could be broken.

-If you need some information about the builds:

There are internal mailings lists with the syntax:

 <Projectname>_BUILD (e.g. FP_BUILD).

They contain mails with the description and date of the code checkins,
build start and finish mails which also have two changes files attached.
One is for assets and the other one is for code changes. They show which
checkins have made it in which builds. The Alienbrain changes file supports
 the Microsoft Excel format.

If you want to see the checkins for assets please have a look at the
Alienbrain mailing lists with the syntax:

 <Projectname>_Alienbrain (e.g. FP_Alienbrain).
