<Dopefish> No, I'm not a programmer, but I did do levels for Rise of the Triad.
<Dopefish> I never learned how to use Build, though.   Not enough time.

<Horsepuc> ROTT was the best 3d shooter ever...with out a doubt (until prey 
   comes out that is)

   ROTT weapon in Prey.

   some with Wolf3D...that's it.

<Dopefish> It's the Flamewall, and I want it to be a flamesphere.  Imagine the 
   flamewall concept but it happening in EVERY DIRECTION ALL AT ONCE.

   me is what I don't like.

<Dopefish> No.  To be honest, I don't play many games outside of my own 
   company's games.
<Dopefish> I don't have the time.  When I do, it's stuff like Bethesda's 
   Bowling, MicroSoft's Pac-Man, and other games that we'd never do anything 
   like.
<Ironman_> Dopefish: Have you played Shadow Warrior? If you have, tell us about 
   it
<Dopefish> Madden97 is what I'm playing the most of right now.

<Dopefish> I've played very little of Shadow Warrior, to be honest.  I know the 
   SW guys are into deathmatching now, though.
<Dopefish> What do I do?  Well, did anyone ever read the docs?  (dn3dhelp.exe?)  
   I wrote that, and I write teh docs for all of our games...

<Dopefish> I also am the person who makes the files you download, as well as the 
   person who uploads them.   I mantain our Web site, our CompuServe & AOL 
   forums....

   duplication.

   fascianation with the web existed.

<Dopefish> Yes, I put together the Build docs.  Richard Gray WROTE them, but I 
   put them together.
<RobBrown> We were discussing the "holding back" of info on Shadow Warrior so 
   that there is more of a "surprise" factor.....everyone likes this. I'm glad 
   we aren't TOTALLY spilling our guts on SW.
<Dopefish> You don't see a whole lot on Prey, either, do you?  That's a bit of 
   the we don't want to tell you everything about it, especially since there's 
   some really unseen cool stuff in there. :)
<Horsepuc> Quiet a shame i wont be buying SW :(.... i refuse to buy any games 
   from now on w/o TCP/IP.... :(

   Besides, there's always Kali, even if it's not in the game natively.

   or stuff like that , but cool stuff thats in the game
<Horsepuc> Dopefish: I like the weapons in SW a lot... but i still think that 
   the best games are multiplayer games. Kali isn't all that great for 3d 
   shooters (but i must say its great for war2). But if it makes you feel better 
   i didnt buy quake ;)

   aplha of Duke3D. I would like to see it (as others would too I believe) in 
   comaprision. Maybe something to mention for an aniversary item?

   gone from there, I doubt they'll do that.
