So, this was compiled in 2008, but judging from comments in the code, it looks like this is more realistically from about May 2006.
Additionally comparing this against dates from the retail game puts it somewhere immediately at the start of June, possibly.

I've chosen May 2006 as it seems very likely this version of the game is at least that old.
